Terms, permitted use and data sources
Agentix Data Solutions, a company of Agentix Solutions LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. These terms apply to our website, files and API. Each customer also signs a data agreement before receiving an API key.
Permitted use
You may use our data for real estate marketing and acquisition, property tax lending outreach, research and analysis.
Prohibited use
- No eligibility decisions. You may not use our data, in whole or in part, to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenant screening, or for any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.). We are not a consumer reporting agency, and our data is not a consumer report.
- No resale of the data as a list or file without our written agreement.
- No harassment. Follow every law that applies to how you contact people, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, do-not-call rules, Texas telemarketing law and, for property tax lenders, the Texas Finance Code and OCCC advertising rules.
- No attempt to re-identify anyone whose record is confidential by law.
We may suspend any key that is misused.
Accuracy
Public records contain errors, and county files are published on their own schedules. Records are provided as is. A match between a court case and a property made only by name is marked "possible" and must be checked before you rely on it. Check the official record before taking any action.
What we leave out
- Owners whose records are confidential under Texas Tax Code §25.025, and every record tied to their property.
- Tenants in eviction cases.
- Protective orders, juvenile cases and guardianships.
- Court cases about people that can't be tied to a property.
