For Tax Lenders & the Tax Industry
Delinquent property tax accounts across Texas counties, joined to the appraisal record and refreshed as the counties publish. Built for property tax lenders, servicers, title and tax professionals.
We already have
- 467,251 delinquent tax accounts in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Hood, Tarrant, Travis counties: amount owed, first year delinquent, years delinquent, tax account number, and whether penalty and interest are included.
- 29,030 tax suits and judgments in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Harris, Hood, Tarrant, Travis counties: cause number, suit status (pre-suit, in suit, judgment) and judgment date. Harris County suits come from the District Clerk's daily files.
- Bankruptcy and deferral flags as the tax office reports them.
- Exemptions from the appraisal district: homestead, over-65, over-65 surviving spouse, disabled person, disabled veteran and tax deferral.
- A lender-eligibility flag on every account. It marks over-65 homesteads, tax deferrals and bankruptcies as not eligible, and notes disabled owners whose loan documents must mention the deferral option. You make the final call.
- Owner and property details: owner name, mailing address, absentee and out-of-state owner, situs address, property use, market value, land and improvement value, deed date and instrument.
- Daily change files, so you can stop mailing accounts that were paid and start on new ones the day they appear.
